The LMS/eLearning Consultant will design, implement, manage, and optimize learning management system (LMS) and eLearning solutions to support organizational learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
LMS Administration and Implementation:
- Oversee the customization, deployment, and maintenance of LMS components associated with assigned projects.
- Troubleshoot and work with the team to optimize system performance to ensure accessibility and functionality for all users.
- Use the defined team quality assurance processes to ensure content meets design standards and organizational requirements.
eLearning Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and organizational leaders to analyze training needs and design eLearning solutions.

Instructional Design:
- Design and develop interactive eLearning content using authoring tools and create detailed storyboards.

Training & Support:
- Provide training for end-users and leaders as directed by the Learning Technology Manager and SR. LMS/eLearning Consultant on LMS functionalities, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and support resources to ensure successful LMS usage.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze data from the LMS to assess learning engagement, system performance, and user feedback.
- Prepare reports on training metrics to evaluate learning program success and inform strategic decisions.
System Integration:
- Collaborate with team and IT to integrate the LMS with other organizational tools, such as HR systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), performance management platforms, etc.
