The location for this position is virtual/remote within the U.S.
This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Director, Hilton University Platforms, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Learning Platform team reporting to the Sr Director, Technology & Enablement, you will lead the strategy, deployment, and evolution of Cornerstone Galaxy and the broader learning and development technology ecosystem.
What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Lead Cornerstone Galaxy Learn (LMS/LXP), serving as L&D leader for configuration, enhancements, integrations, and release management.
  • Manage global deployments and post go-live optimization, balancing enterprise standardization with regional requirements.
  • Translate business and learner needs into scalable platform and capability requirements across learning technology ecosystem.
  • Define and manage the Cornerstone Galaxy roadmap, backlog, and prioritization process, incorporating both business demand and forward-looking innovation
  • Manage vendor and systems-integrator relationships, ensuring delivery quality, accountability, and value realization
  • Evaluate, pilot, and introduce AI enabled learning platforms and partners that enhance efficiency, learner experience, and L&D team productivity
  • Provide direction and oversight to learning technology teams

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Collaborate with HR Technology platform leaders (Core HCM, Onboarding, Learning, Identity, Analytics) to deliver seamless, end-to-end learner experience.
  • Partner with Learning and HR leadership to align platform decisions, roadmap milestones, and experience design direction.
  • Engage with Innovation, Analytics, and Product teams to explore latest technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and process automation
  • Be a strategic advisor to HR and Learning & Development leadership on learning technology trends, vendor capabilities, and future-state workforce platforms and processes

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Guide Hilton's learning and talent digital transformation strategy.
  • Implement important workforce platform components -including LMS, LXP, Skills, Talent and Succession-to provide a seamless and scalable Team Member experience.
  • Platform health, adoption, and key performance indicators reporting (e.g., utilization, ticket resolution system usage)
  • Learning and development technology roadmaps, including evaluation of tools, pilots, and strategic partnerships
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Learning Technology or Learning Systems Administration
  • Demonstrated experience delivering and evolving learning technology solutions across global, multi-region environments
  • Experience leading complex technology programs and influencing senior partners
  • Five (5) years of management experience
  • Vendor management and systems-integrator leadership experience
  • Travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience advancing or modernizing a learning and talent technology ecosystem beyond a core LMS
  • Instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Hands-on experience with Cornerstone products in a production, enterprise environment
  • Exposure to latest Workforce technologies (e.g., AI-enabled skills intelligence, authoring or learner experience tools)

The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company. #LI-REMOTE
