What You’ll DoClinical Leadership & Resident Care
  • Oversee daily resident care services and ensure high-quality care delivery.

  • Coordinate resident assessments, service plans, and ongoing care reviews.

  • Monitor resident well-being and communicate updates with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.

  • Ensure compliance with care documentation, physician orders, and medication management systems.

Medication & Health Services Oversight
  • Supervise medication administration processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Review MARs, physician orders, and medication documentation for accuracy.

  • Monitor medication storage, pharmacy coordination, and discrepancy resolution.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Caregivers and Medication Technicians.

  • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and competency evaluations.

  • Promote employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Conduct routine QA audits and ensure readiness for licensing inspections.

  • Support incident investigations and follow-up processes.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and state regulations.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Active LPN license in good standing (required per state regulations)
✔ Previous leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or healthcare preferred
