Job description

Role Overview

As Director of Agentic Learning, you will lead the enterprise strategy that equips 12,000 leaders to orchestrate work across humans and digital labor, driving capability change embedded directly in workflow. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office per week.

Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the enterprise strategy for agentic manager capability, shifting from traditional programs to AI‑enabled, in‑flow leadership development experiences embedded across the full manager lifecycle.
  • Own the strategy, design principles and roadmap for the Agentic Learning ecosystem, partnering across Talent, Product, Design and Technology to integrate learning, coaching and guidance into daily workflows.
  • Lead change strategy for large‑scale manager behavior change globally, helping leaders understand, trust and apply new Human + AI ways of working to increase capacity and execution speed.
  • Define success metrics tied to manager effectiveness, AI adoption, leadership behavior change and talent outcomes – using data and insights to continuously improve the capability system.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years leading leadership development, manager transformation, workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness or learning strategy in large, global organizations.
  • Proven success translating enterprise strategy into scalable capability solutions that improve manager effectiveness and business performance.
  • Experience designing or integrating AI‑enabled learning, coaching, workflow or talent technologies into a leadership or capability ecosystem.
  • Strong systems thinking and product mindset, with ability to connect talent, technology, organizational design and business outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Experience leading enterprise‑level change management for AI adoption or workforce reskilling initiatives.
  • Deep familiarity with learning science, workforce transformation research or future‑of‑work frameworks.
  • Operated as a bridge between learning strategy and technology or product delivery in a fast‑moving environment.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range: $164,000 – $261,500 annually.

Eligible for incentive compensation, equity and benefits. Additional benefits include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k) and employee stock purchasing program.
