Position Overview Training Director - $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
The Training Director is responsible for developing team members and leaders through structured training programs. This role ensures consistency, growth, and excellence across all positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training systems for all roles
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing development programs
- Train and develop trainers and team leaders
- Track progress and ensure accountability in skill development
- Identify gaps and create solutions for improvement
- Support leadership pipeline development
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or training experience
- Strong teaching and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Passion for developing others
- Detail-oriented with a growth mindset
