Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay is seeking a Product Line Manager to join our team in Fremont, CA. The Product Line Manager has business development, pricing, and profitability responsibility for our custom thin film products at the ATP site. The successful candidate will lead our efforts to deliver premium thin film products to technology customers worldwide in the defense, satellite, industrial, and telecommunications markets. This role is ideal for an energetic, motivated individual with microelectronic industry experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communications and management skills. This is a leadership position which provides a significant level of influence internally and externally with other business and functional teams at ATP.
Yearly Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000

What You'll Do
  • Lead the commercial strategy for a custom thin-film product portfolio.
  • Partner with the Plant Manager to achieve bookings, revenue, gross margin, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Lead and develop the Product Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
  • Work closely with Technical Sales to identify growth opportunities and develop customer strategies.
  • Develop pricing strategies that improve profitability and long-term business growth.
  • Manage the standard product portfolio to improve revenue, margins, and overall portfolio performance.
  • Lead customer escalations, business reviews, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
  • Support export compliance activities in accordance with U.S. regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Seven or more years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales, engineering, or business leadership.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue, improving profitability, or managing product portfolios.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
