Behavioral Health Admissions Coordinator – Substance Use TreatmentRenaissance Recovery | Lantana, Florida | RemoteSalary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, based on experienceSchedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.Position Type: Full-TimeExperience: At least one year of behavioral health or substance use treatment admissions experience preferredPosition OverviewRenaissance Recovery is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective clients and their families through the admissions and intake process.As an initial point of contact, the Admissions Coordinator responds to inquiries, completes pre-admission screenings, verifies insurance benefits, coordinates pre-authorizations, maintains accurate documentation, and helps clients transition smoothly into treatment.The ideal candidate has direct admissions experience within a substance use disorder, addiction treatment, or mental health program and understands how to communicate with compassion, professionalism, and urgency.
