Imperial Dade has an Inventory Control Lead position available in Loma Linda! Join a strong and continuously evolving transportation group, helping our business grow. Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager to find your next opportunity.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or until finished.
You will:
  • Lead inventory control and accuracy for the facility
  • Lead a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, provide staff development and training
  • Maintain the physical inventory
  • Improve controls
  • Identify and report operational issues
  • Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy
  • Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system
  • Forecast potential inventory issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies

You have:
  • 2+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations
  • 2+ years of lead or related experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
