Roofing amp; Siding Insurance Supplementer

We’re looking for a detail obsessed, supplement writing champion who loves turning underpaid insurance estimates into fully funded projects. If negotiating with adjusters gives you life—and catching missing roofing line items feels like a sport—you might be exactly who we need.

Job Information:
  • Location: 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018
  • Pay Range: $50,000 + commission amp; Bonus
  • Hours: Monday Thru Friday, 8am to 5pm
What You’ll Do:
  • Review insurance estimates for roofing and siding claims and confidently spot missing line items
  • Prepare accurate supplements in Xactimate that are shared with the insurance carrier
  • Work directly with project managers to ensure all materials, labor, accessories, and real-world repairs are included
  • Translate confusing insurance jargon for homeowners into something humans can understand
  • Follow up with insurance carriers to keep the project moving along in a timely manner
  • Prepare completion certificates and final invoices for the insurance carrier to expedite final payment
  • Other duties as assigned
