Gannon Risk Group (GRG) is an Insurance, Risk Management, and Financial Services Broker that has served the Philadelphia Region for over 50 years. . We provide insurance protection and risk management consulting to small and medium sized business owners and entrepreneurs. In addition, our subsidiary, Hendrix Auto Tags is a trusted PennDOT partner providing instant Pennsylvania vehicle registration, title, and drivers license services.

The Insurance Customer Service Representative combines frontline customer service for the auto tag business with the opportunity to introduce and qualify customers for additional insurance products. Many customers who visit or call GRG or Hendrix Auto Tags have immediate insurance needs or future insurance opportunities. This role is designed to ensure those customers receive excellent service while also helping them understand and consider relevant personal or business insurance solutions offered by our agency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to walkin and phone customers.
  • Assist with services related to Automobile and Homeowners Insurance.
  • Assist with PennDOTrelated services such as automobile registrations, titles, plates, and license work.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable, friendly point of contact who builds trust and ensures a positive customer experience.
  • Identify and qualify customers who may benefit from additional insurance products (auto, business, renters, homeowners, etc.) through natural, serviceoriented conversations.
  • Introduce insurance offerings in a helpful, educational manner and connect interested customers with licensed insurance staff.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and referral opportunities.
  • Work closely with office staff and leadership to improve workflows, customer experience, and crossservice awareness.
