The Opportunity
As an Alliance Sales Director (CRE): Workday, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the firm's client base within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and capture new business opportunities. By leveraging market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns, you will engage clients and promote the firm's services effectively.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business growth efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will translate vision into action, inspiring others to follow and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your role is crucial in shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders, all while upholding the firm's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.
In this role at PwC, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities
- Driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and capture new business opportunities
- Conducting market research and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand the Firm's client base
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing strategies to optimize client engagement and market presence
- Leading business development efforts by identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into success for the Firm
- Promoting technological advances and innovative solutions to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Mentoring and guiding teams in shaping the direction of client engagements and fostering a healthy working environment
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
