OverviewJob Description

We're looking for an Art Director who can move fluidly between big-picture concepting and hands-on execution. In this agency role, you'll develop and design monthly content across digital and social platforms for leading automotive clients. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas need to be fresh, smart, and scalable. And where getting work out the door at the highest standard is just as important as the spark that starts it.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
  • Concept, design, and implement monthly social and digital campaigns for automotive clients from always-on content to larger integrated initiatives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, strategists, account leads, and producers to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Direct and design assets across static, motion, video, and emerging digital channelsย  ensuring every piece is polished and on-brand.
  • Push creative thinking while balancing efficiency and consistency within high-volume content cycles.
  • Present ideas internally and externally with clarity and confidence, translating creative rationale into business impact.
  • Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and social trends to keep work relevant and resonant in the automotive space.
  • Provide guidance and inspiration to junior designers, fostering craft and guidelines in execution.
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring
  • 5-7 years of agency or in-house creative experience, with a strong focus on digital and social.
  • Proven automotive experience dealership, brand, or aftermarket with an understanding of category nuances.
  • Portfolio showcasing both conceptual strength and executional craft across digital and social platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma; motion/video editing skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and creative integrity.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with clients and internal leadership.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with a passion for making work that's smart, beautiful, and effective.

Compensation Range: $66,785.00ย  - $92,295.00 annually . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
