Job description

Description: We’re seeking an experienced Associate Digital Media Director to develop and execute strategic digital media initiatives across our client portfolios. You’ll drive multi-channel campaign strategy, analyze performance data to optimize results, and manage key vendor relationships. Success requires hands‑on expertise across SEM, social, display, programmatic, video, and retail media channels.

Key Responsibilities Performance Analytics & Data-Driven Strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and troubleshoot issues across all channels
  • Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs using Google Analytics, Google DCM, Prisma, and platform-native dashboards
  • Build custom reporting solutions and automated dashboards to track and measure campaign results
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance
  • Develop attribution models to understand customer journey and optimize budget allocation
  • Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Present performance findings and insights to senior leadership and clients
  • Own development of comprehensive, innovative multi-channel media plans for assigned client accounts
  • Build deep expertise across all digital channels: SEM, social, display, programmatic, video, and retail media
  • Design and execute integrated SEM strategies including paid search optimization and keyword management
  • Develop and optimize retail media strategies (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) to drive sales and market share
  • Produce performance-driven strategies focused on positive ROAS, lead generation, and subscription optimization
  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual multi-channel budget planning
Campaign Execution & Tactical Activation
  • Oversee multi-channel campaign implementation, monitoring, and optimization
  • Coordinate with creative, copywriting, and analytics teams for on-brand, on-message delivery
  • Monitor performance and adjust tactics in real-time to optimize results
  • Own complex deliverables and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, pricing, and performance to support client needs
  • Conduct vendor selection processes and establish ongoing relationships
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements to optimize client ROI
  • Maintain vendor performance scorecards and lead problem resolution
Strategic Client Partnership
  • Serve as main strategic partner to guide and develop current and future media planning
  • Develop deep understanding of client business and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by identifying industry changes, emerging technologies, and competitive advantages
  • Provide proactive recommendations with supporting data and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive strategy execution

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years managing paid media across digital channels (SEM, social, display, programmatic, video)
  • 3+ years managing SEM campaigns with demonstrated expertise in paid search strategy and optimization
  • 2+ years with retail media platforms (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Marketplace, Target Roundel, or similar)
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytics and data interpretation with strong ability to extract insights from complex data
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google DCM, Prisma, and reporting tools
  • Experience with vendor and supplier evaluation, selection, and management
  • Proven ability to develop innovative multi-channel media strategies for complex clients
  • Strong understanding of performance media principles (ROAS, lead generation, subscription programs)
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field
