  • Define and champion customer-centric solutions by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights; anticipate needs not readily visible in data

  • Build and apply customized prioritization frameworks, identify and mitigate product risks, and manage interdependencies and critical paths across teams

  • Develop high-impact product documents (e.g., PRFAQs) for complex products that clearly articulate vision, value, and success metrics; presenting confidently to SLT

  • Build alignment across leadership up to VP level through crisp, data-driven communication and proactive engagement; welcoming feedback and debate

  • Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams in agile environments to deliver measurable impact on time and within scope

  • Lead initiatives through ambiguity, structuring open-ended problem spaces, and driving decisions that influence broader organizational outcomes

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in your product domain, mentoring peers and contributing to the advancement of the product practice

 What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of large or complex product initiatives with strategic impact

  • Proven ability to build long-term product strategies and roadmaps with deep business and customer insight

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with experiment design, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and risk assessment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of comfortable presenting to and influencing VP and SLT leaders

  • Experience developing frameworks or methodologies for large-scale product planning

  • Technical acumen sufficient to engage deeply with engineering and data science teams

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity to deliver innovative, scalable solutions

  • Occasional travel may be required to support collaboration or customer research

  • Background in HR Tech, automation, personalization, or related technology domains is preferred
