Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière reconnue pour la qualité de ses produits et son excellence opérationnelle, est à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) Maintenance pour assurer la fiabilité des équipements et soutenir la performance de ses opérations.
Relevant de la direction des opérations, vous serez responsable de la gestion de l’ensemble des activités de maintenance, du développement de votre équipe et de la mise en place de stratégies visant à maximiser l’efficacité des équipements et à réduire les temps d’arrêt.
Principales responsabilités du directeur(trice) de maintenance
- Diriger et mobiliser l’équipe de maintenance
- Planifier les travaux de maintenance préventive, corrective et prédictive
- Assurer la disponibilité et la performance des équipements de production
- Gérer les budgets, les projets et les investissements du département
- Développer des indicateurs de performance et assurer leur suivi
