Responsabilidades Claves
  • Dar la bienvenida y reconocer a todos los huespedes de acuerdo con los estandares de la empresa, anticipar y atender sus necesidades de servicio, y agradecerles con genuina apreciacion.
  • Responsable de mantener la limpieza de todo el vestibulo, incluyendo todas las entradas, puertas de vidrio, ventanas, banos de hombres y mujeres, area de recepcion de la oficina principal, salon y tiendas.
  • Realizar otras tareas diversas segun lo solicitado por el gerente de housekeeping.
  • Mantenimiento y limpieza de todo el equipo utilizado por el/ella.
  • Consultar con el gerente para determinar si hay situaciones especiales que requieran atencion inmediata.
  • Mantenimiento y limpieza de todo el equipo utilizado por el/ella.
  • Anticipar y comunicar las necesidades de reposicion.
  • Asegurarse de que se cumplan las expectativas y estandares de calidad.
  • Estar al tanto de las operaciones diarias del hotel, revisar las hojas de eventos diarias, los tableros de anuncios y estar al dia con todos los cambios, nuevos procedimientos y eventos.
  • Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal esten limpios y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la informacion propietaria y proteger los activos de la empresa.
  • Seguir todas las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad e higiene de la empresa; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al Director de Housekeeping.
  • Completar la capacitacion y las certificaciones de seguridad requeridas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demas, apoyando al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes.
  • Realizar otras tareas razonables segun lo solicitado por los supervisores.
Cualificaciones

  • Orientado a la hospitalidad

  • Experiencia en un puesto de supervision dentro del area de housekeeping o areas publicas, preferiblemente en un entorno hotelero.

  • Debe ser capaz de agacharse, inclinarse, estirarse y levantar objetos de hasta 50 libras.

  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en diversos turnos, incluidos fines de semana y dias festivos.

  • Capaz de manejar situaciones dificiles de manera efectiva.

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicacion.

  • Capaz y dispuesto a realizar tareas de limpieza basicas.

  • Debe poseer buenas habilidades de comunicacion en espanol e ingles.
