What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and coordinate a comprehensive global risk and compliance framework that aligns with NVIDIA's strategic objectives.

  • Guide and direct a high-achieving team of compliance professionals to maintain adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across various business units, ensuring a strictly compliant operational environment.

  • Build and implement robust risk assessment programs, continuously monitoring and improving risk management processes.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to senior leadership on risk and compliance topics, offering insights and suggestions to effectively carry out risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure flawless execution of compliance programs, including policy development, training, and audits to maintain world-class standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency of our risk and compliance efforts.

What we need to see:

  • BS, MS, or PhD or equivalent experience in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering, MBA.

  • 15+ overall years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing global risk and compliance strategies in a digitally focused environment.

  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to encourage and lead a diverse group of professionals.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards concerning risk and compliance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and resolve complex risk challenges.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing collaborators at all levels.

  • A proactive and ambitious approach, with a dedication to driving continuous improvement and achieving excellence.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 332,000 USD - 500,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
