Mission

I am looking for a Director of Finance for a manufacturing company in Saint-Jérôme.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the monthly close and consolidation of the Canadian and U.S. entities.
- Perform account analyses and reconciliations and ensure the quality of financial information.
- Coordinate the department’s day-to-day activities and ensure that priorities are followed up on.
- Mentor and support the finance team in its day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
-Oversee activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
-Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor foreign currencies and payments.
-Collaborate on grant applications, the budgeting process, and various financial projects.

Your profile

Your Profile:
-CPA (Required)
-8-12+ years of experience in accounting/finance;
-Experience in a multi-entity environment / Canada-U.S.
-Solid experience with monthly closings and consolidation;
- Experience in team management;
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and internal controls;
- Ability to take a hands-on approach and quickly get up to speed on operations;
- Bilingual in French and English to communicate with the U.S. plant
