A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced and motivated EVS Director (Environmental Services Director) to oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and environmental services departments within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and infection control standards.

This leadership position plays a vital role in supporting resident satisfaction, safety, and overall facility operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping, laundry, and environmental services departments
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
  • Develop and manage department schedules, staffing, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, OSHA, and infection control regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and facility grounds
  • Manage department inventory, supplies, and budget control
