Housekeeping Director (Environmental Services Leader)

As our Housekeeping Director at Dublin Retirement Village, you won't just oversee cleaning-you'll lead a team that creates comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for every resident who calls our community home.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in details, builds strong teams, and understands that exceptional service starts behind the scenes.
What You'll Do (Your Impact)
Lead a Top in Class Housekeeping Team
  • Build, schedule, and lead a high-performing housekeeping team across apartments, common areas, and shared spaces
  • Set clear expectations and coach your team to deliver consistent, high-quality results
  • Train, develop, and retain team members who take pride in their work and care for residents
  • Conduct regular quality checks and elevate standards continuously

Create a Safe, Welcoming Environment
  • Ensure all resident and community spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
  • Champion safe practices, including proper chemical use and emergency procedures
  • Partner with Maintenance and Sales teams to prepare apartments for new residents

Drive Operational Excellence
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies within budget
  • Oversee laundry services for residents and community needs

Support Residents with Care and Responsiveness
