Your Role as a DSP:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with special needs.

What You Need:

  • The ideal candidate will have current/recent DSP experience, current CPR, First Aid, Article 9 training certificates and an Arizona Fingerprint card.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.ย
