Are you passionate about changing lives and supporting individuals with special needs? Endeavor DDD Services is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Developmental Disabled members of all ages.

Your Role as a DSP:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with special needs.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth and independence.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, and goal management.
  • Implement teaching strategies and support individuals in daily living and community activities.

What You Need:

  • The ideal candidate will have current/recent DSP experience, current CPR, First Aid, Article 9 training certificates and Arizona Fingerprint card.
  • A passion for helping individuals with special needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
