Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges. You will utilize standardized assessment tools and engage in therapeutic conversations to gain a holistic understanding of each client's situation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evidenced-based practices. This involves setting measurable goals in collaboration with clients and regular review to track progress.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of your clients. You may utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to promote healing and growth.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans through our secure electronic health record system. This ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitates seamless continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
