• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges. You will utilize standardized assessment tools and engage in therapeutic conversations to gain a holistic understanding of each client's situation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evidenced-based practices. This involves setting measurable goals in collaboration with clients and regular review to track progress.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of your clients. You may utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to promote healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans through our secure electronic health record system. This ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitates seamless continuity of care.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. You will advocate for clients from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique life circumstances while promoting empowerment and self-efficacy.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• An active LMHC license in the state of Florida is a must. You should also possess strong knowledge of state regulations and ethical standards.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling services is required, along with demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team are essential.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, particularly familiarity with digital health platforms and online therapeutic tools.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and holistic approaches to therapy will be advantageous in your role.
• Prior engagement in community outreach or program development aimed at improving mental health awareness is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our dynamic team. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
