The Sr. Director, Development Finance is responsibleforthe financial strategy, underwriting, and execution support for new development, large-scale capital projects, and M&A activity. This role sits at the intersection of development, corporate finance, and corporate development, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership in evaluating, structuring, and executing growth initiatives.This leader must be equally comfortable underwriting a ground-up development project, modeling complex partnership structures, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and supporting transaction execution through close.The role requires strong financial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive recommendations.

How You'll Shine:

  • Lead financial underwriting and valuation of new development projects and major capital investments.
  • Partner with Development, Operations, Sales and Legalto structure deals that optimize returns and manage risk.
  • Lead/supportsourcing, evaluation and execution of acquisitions, divestitures and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate diligence efforts across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with integration teams to ensure financial assumptions translate into execution.
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation and deal structuringfor all developer and M&A deals
  • Partner with Treasury team of financing, capital structures fordevelopment.
  • Developinvestment committee materials and board presentations.
  • Provide scenario analysis and decision support for long term growth strategy.
  • Leadsmallteam of professionals and continue to challenge and drive engagement.
  • Provide opportunities to develop and build upon their skill sets.
  • Performs other duties/ad-hoc analysis as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting; Masters degree preferred
  • 10+ years experience inaleadershipcapacity, with particular expertise indevelopment finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity or related fields.
  • Strong experience underwriting real estate or asset heavy development projects
  • Direct M&A experience (buy-side and/or sell-side)
  • Hospitality, timeshare industry experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, while focusing and executing tactically to ensure successful and timely outcomes.
  • Proven mastery of progressive financial modeling and valuation methodologies as well as sound general financial management practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish and maintain value added relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines.
  • Ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance.
