Role: ServiceNOW Administrator (CMDB)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite )
Need Locals only

Duties, Scope of Work, and/or Milestones
Position will function as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and Project lead for several ServiceNow
projects. The main role will be to operationalize and administer our existing CMDB. This role will also
coordinate and train technical resources, aiding in researching and resolving conflicts and other issues in
the CMDB. The secondary project will be to finalizing the rollout of Resource Manager, including building
complex reports and dashboards.
Milestone Deliverables (sole responsibility of this position):
• Create an assessment of needs for existing CMDB: Due in 2 weeks
• Create Project Plan to Operationalize existing CMDB: Due in 1 month
• First Draft of CMDB Process Plan: Due within 60 days
• First draft of Resource Manager Dashboard: Due within two weeks
• Final draft of Dashboard and all required reports: Due within 1 month
• Other ServiceNow deliverables will be discussed as time permits
Daily/Weekly expectations:
• Plan and Lead meetings for each project daily/weekly
• Meeting notes using our template will be sent out within 24 hours of each meeting
• Timelines and deliverables will be met as indicated in project plan
• Roadblocks will be reported to the supervisor for each project, no later than the Wednesday
project meeting
Additional overview:
• Coordinates with ServiceNow support team on new or modifies existing applications within the
platform.
• Plans and develops test data to validate new or modified applications within the platform.
• Evaluates alternative solutions and recommends and implements appropriate applications design.
• Interviews functional and technical staff to gather documentation required for analysis of current
system application requirements.
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's service by offering suggestions or
direction as a member of the team.
• The successful candidate must work be able to work independently and as a Team.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Current Local Candidate. Not negotiable.
2. 100% onsite. Not negotiable.
3. A minimum of three years' experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementation and
Administration, with minimal supervision
4. A minimum of three years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator managing all day to day
administration for CMDB and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
5. Clear communicator demonstrating professional organization, technical documentation,
creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now. As well as Experience in
systems analysis, design, and programming.
6. Experience integrating and managing multiple third-party data sources for CMDB
7. Hands on experience with implementation of Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project
Management modules and reporting/dashboard creation.
8. Self-starter, analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful and
innovative.
Preferred/Special Skills:
• Project Manager experience leading similar projects.
• Experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and implementation in the government
sector.
