Job description

Castlewood Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Day Care Monitor. The Day Care Monitor will take care of the needs of children placed in the day care facility while providing a safe and supervised environment.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintains a safe environment for children placed in day care.
  • Ensures that established rules of the day care center are enforced and adhered to.
  • Maintains an attractive, orderly appearance in the day care center.
  • Assists with the facilitation of entertaining and educational activities for the children.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Physical Demands:

  • Frequently uses hands; reaches with hands and arms; talks, hears, stands and walks, climbs or balances; stoops, and kneels. Occasionally sits, crouches, or crawls; tastes or smells. Occasionally lifts up to 45 pounds.

 Certificates/Licenses:

  • CPR and First Aid Certification. Applicable State or County Health Card and Sheriff’s Card.

Pay Rate: $20-21
