What your day will look like:
• Provide leadership and oversight for culinary operations, dining services, catering, and hospitality programs
• Manage budgets, food and labor costs, purchasing strategies, and vendor relationships to achieve financial goals
• Develop and implement innovative dining programs, seasonal menus, and resident-focused experiences
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers, chefs, and frontline team members while fostering a culture of excellence
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, therapeutic diet, and regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional service standards
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Nutrition, or a related field preferred
• 7-10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience with at least 3-5 years in a Director, Regional, or Executive Chef-level role
• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-unit dining operations with P&L accountability
• Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing large teams and multiple service lines
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
