A Director of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is responsible for developing and overseeing strategies to increase the percentage of website visitors who take a desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter. They lead teams to analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and implement changes that improve user experience and drive business goals. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure that all digital touchpoints are optimized for conversions.
