Job description

DESCRIPTION
The Head of BDRs (remote) will own and scale Netchex's Business Development Representative team. This role is critical in driving pipeline generation, optimizing outbound and inbound lead conversion, and aligning closely with Marketing and Sales leadership, and Partnerships to fuel revenue growth. You'll set the strategy alongside leadership and develop the leaders who keep a distributed BDR engine running.
**Candidates must currently reside in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.**
What You Will Do
Leadership & Strategy
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of BDRs
  • Develop and execute scalable strategies for outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualifications
  • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of pipeline and meeting targets
  • Own the BDR org design: headcount planning, territory/segment coverage in collaboration with leadership

Collaboration & Alignment
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead handoff processes and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership and the CRO to ensure BDR efforts align with revenue goals and territory planning.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to implement tools, workflows, and reporting that scale across a distributed team.

Training & Development
  • Design and implement onboarding and continuous training programs
  • Foster a culture of coaching, feedback, and professional growth, and development

Data & Optimization
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage CRM and sales engagement platforms to drive efficiency and visibility.

What You Will Need
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with 3+ years leading BDR/SDRs (leading leaders is a nice to have).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling BDR or SDR organizations in a tech/SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing distributed teams (in-person or remote).
  • Strong understanding of modern sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for coaching and developing people.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence at the CRO/leadership level.
