The ideal candidate understands how paid media, SEO, AEO, content, email, websites, landing pages, analytics, and conversion optimization work together to produce measurable results. • User experience and navigation
  • Content and messaging
  • Calls to action
  • Forms and lead-capture processes

Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, HubSpot, advertising-platform analytics, heat maps, and call tracking to evaluate results. Turn the data into clear insights and practical next steps for clients and internal teams.
Use AI and Agents
Use AI tools and agents to improve marketing research, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting. Identify opportunities to use AI for:
  • Audience and competitive research

  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Website and landing-page improvements
  • Marketing automation
  • Internal processes and quality assurance

Help the team build useful AI-assisted workflows that save time and improve client results. Review AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, and brand fit. Protect client confidentiality and follow responsible practices related to privacy, intellectual property, and human oversight.
Lead the Team
  • Lead, mentor, and support members of the marketing team
  • Set clear priorities, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Review strategies, campaigns, reports, and deliverables
  • Help team members improve their marketing, communication, and AI skills
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, and technology
  • Work closely with account management, design, development, content, sales, and agency leadership
