In this position...
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Experience and Content Strategy, with an understanding of web platforms, Content strategy, testing and optimization methodology.
  • You will be a skilled individual contributor with strong cross-functional and agency team leadership experience.
  • You will assist in leading a cross-functional agency team in developing the immediate and near-term content strategies for Ford.com. Will be the day-to-day contact for internal, partner and vendor leads for assigned segments on Ford.com.
  • This individual will guide a team of creative and content strategists in creating and executing the storytelling on Ford.com, asset production and experience optimization to promote a consistent brand voice across the site.

Responsibilities
What you'll do...
  • Provide strategic leadership across internal and partner teams to identify the storytelling across assigned segments of Ford.com
  • Advocate for the brand voice when partnering with channel/platform and vehicle segment leads in crafting experiences across the customer journey
  • Partner with analytics team to identify and define clear and measurable critical metrics - continually testing and optimizing content for performance against established KPIs.
  • Manage the execution of site audience and content strategies for targeted experiences within the brand sites.
  • Lead an ongoing test and learn content optimization calendar on .com, including A/B and multi-variant testing
  • Supports the Model Year Changeover process across assigned segments of Ford.com
  • Day-to-Day digital lead for segment areas in developing connected customer journeys in partnership with Integrated Marketing, Media, and CRM
  • Manage agency/partner project execution of editorial calendar and optimization strategies, acting as the voice of the customer throughout the creative process
  • Identify non-automotive and automotive digital trends and innovations and develop use case opportunities

Qualifications
You'll have...
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience developing digital-based experiences, brand marketing and/or content strategy

Even better, you may have...
  • Strong knowledge and experience across ad-tech, SEO, web technologies/platforms, analytics suites
  • Experience with Adobe web and testing technologies
  • Significant experience in developing testing scenarios, executing and optimizing
  • Experience integrating experiences across channels and touchpoints to deliver an end-to-end connected journey for the customer
  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry, preferred experience in partnering with digital retailing
  • A passion for digital customer experience and providing solutions across the customer lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven track record to lead and encourage teams

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300.
This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
