Job description

Racing is where our story began. In 1901, Henry Ford climbed into a car he built himself-"Sweepstakes"-and beat America's most famous driver. He wasn't a racer, but he had to win.

He did. Ford Motor Company was born from that victory. That fighting spirit lives on in Ford Racing today.

We're the engineers, strategists, and competitors who bring Ford's track-tested edge into every vehicle we build. Every track, every stage, every proving ground-that's where we prove ourselves. The result: one of the world's most iconic brands, legendary nameplates, and a team unmatched in the industry.

Our mantra: Race to win, engineer to lead. If you're a competitor, innovator, or performance obsessive, Ford Racing is where you belong. Help us write the next chapter.

In this position... We seek an experienced, creatively-driven marketer with a proven track record of developing powerful brand content and deploying it across paid, owned and earned channels. You will be a master of all content outputs ensuring Ford Racing is living up to our lofty, enthusiast brand aspirations

Coordinate with Brand, On-Road & Off-Road managers to develop all creative briefings and annual content plan/roadmap. Day-to-day contact with creative agency on concepting/production timelines/tactics/budget management.

Coordinate all media planning & executional collaboration with Ford Blue media/marketing team. Coordinate with international markets regarding content deployment and content needs. Lead all Branded Entertainment (Hollywood, gaming, etc.) relationships & executions ensuring Ford Racing is the top automotive brand in authentic, cultural storylines

You'll have... Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. At least 10 years experience in a Marketing role working at or with passion brands (brands with a strong, differentiated positioning and enthusiast following)

At least 5 years experience in a manager role overseeing external communications agency partners. At least 5 years experience and deep knowledge of creative campaign development/production. Even better, you may have..

Strong organizational skills and ability to distill complex topics into focused, powerful recommendations/presentations. Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to barriers and uncertainty - curiosity and passion for "figuring things out." Team-oriented mentality that seeks to build strong, collaborative and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Flexibility for frequent travel for boots-on-the-ground filming/production work and attending key races/activations

Direct management experience of social media and/or brand website platforms. Experience in automotive marketing & campaign development. Motorsport marketing experience (on-road and/or off-road).

Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills. Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder...or all of the above. No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including: Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
