Community Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, employing standardized tools and customized interviews.
• Provide one-on-one counseling as well as group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique experiences.
• Develop, implement, and monitor service plans that align with clients’ goals, incorporating insights from interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Act as an advocate for clients' rights, ensuring their access to vital resources, and actively participating in pressing social justice issues.
• Contribute to program evaluation, development, and grant reporting by documenting client progress and outcomes in collaboration with management.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, enhancing service visibility through participation in workshops, seminars, and special events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about emerging best practices in clinical social work.

This role specifically targets individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, socioeconomic obstacles, and systemic barriers. You will engage with marginalized populations, adapting interventions to meet culturally diverse needs while promoting resilience and empowerment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social justice principles and a commitment to advocating for marginalized communities.
• Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism.
• Empathy and a strong organizational capability to manage multiple client caseloads effectively.

• Previous experience in a nonprofit or community-focused organization is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and community resources is advantageous.
• Experience in counseling diverse populations and addressing complex social issues will enhance your application.

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our dedicated team.
