Position Overview

As a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Anxiety Health Network, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health care to individuals and families facing mental health challenges. Work Environment

The role is remote, which allows you to create a balanced work-life environment while aligning your work with our operational hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer both 4x10 and 5x8 shift patterns, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. In addition, we foster a collaborative culture, enabling seamless communication among our therapists and support staff to best serve our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services to clients facing various mental health challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather and interpret critical data regarding their social, personal, environmental, and health circumstances.
  • Develop and implement evaluation and treatment plans tailored to meet clients' needs, ensuring adherence to therapeutic guidelines and best practices.
  • Coordinate and plan social and emotional support programs and activities aimed at enhancing clients' overall well-being.
  • Facilitate treatment for cases involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, offering short-term crisis resolution and directing patients to appropriate community resources when necessary.
  • Establish and nurture relationships built on mutual respect and trust, vital for effective therapy and client retention.
  • Regularly assess and document the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust them as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
  • Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring documentation is thorough, timely, and reflective of the services provided.
  • Prepare and provide insightful clinical assessments as required, along with any other duties that may be assigned.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on patients experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, and relationship issues. As part of the Anxiety Health Network, you will encounter a diverse client base, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and cultural contexts, necessitating a sensitivity to their unique circumstances and the ability to deliver customized care approaches.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field of study.
  • Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Texas.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in clinical practice, preferably working with mental health populations.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in counseling specifically focused on behavioral mental health issues, such as mood disorders, substance dependency, and familial or relationship conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based practices and strong theoretical knowledge in the field of social work.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, offering highly competitive pay for social work professionals.
