Seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist Ready to Lead

TruePT is looking for an accomplished Physical Therapist with at least 5–7 years of outpatient orthopedic experience to serve as Clinical Director of our Corry clinic.

This position is designed for a seasoned clinician who has mastered patient care and is ready to take ownership of a thriving outpatient practice. We are seeking a leader who can build teams, develop staff, drive clinic performance, and create sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

The Clinical Director will serve as the leader of the clinic, overseeing both the clinical and operational success of the practice. This role requires someone who is confident making decisions, holding team members accountable, managing performance, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve patient outcomes and business results.

What You’ll Lead

As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for:

Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing clinicians and support staff
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing feedback

What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
  • Proven ability to manage patient caseloads and clinical outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Director, Clinic Manager, Lead Therapist, or similar leadership role
  • Experience with hiring, performance management, and staff development
  • Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations and business metrics
  • Experience in vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, neurological rehabilitation, sports medicine, or other specialty services
