• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and understand client needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring alignment with each client’s personal goals.
• Provide compassionate individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting treatment interventions based on real-time client feedback.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly evaluating their progress and adjusting plans to enhance their mental health outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards of the mental health profession.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with trends, techniques, and regulations in the mental health field.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Strong empathy and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters a safe space for clients to share their challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing caseloads effectively and maintaining essential documentation.

• Experience with teletherapy and using digital platforms for therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Prior experience in a community health clinic or private practice setting preferred.
• Proven track record of client success in therapeutic outcomes.

• A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload, plus a sign-on bonus for new licensed therapists.
