Who You Are 

    • Have 0–2 years of experience in reception, administrative, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another client-facing role
    • Hold a high school diploma (required); post-secondary education in a related field is not required but considered an asset
    • Experience with case management systems such as Lead Docket or Filevine is considered an asset
    • Demonstrate strong proficiency with MS Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
    • Are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and sound judgement
    • Can maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
    • Work efficiently under pressure, adapting to changes and interruptions while meeting deadlines
    • Learn new systems quickly and apply them effectively
    • Have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a track record of responsiveness and meeting measurable outcomes
    • Are open to learning and receptive to constructive feedback
    • Are able to successfully pass a criminal and background record check

The Client Solutions Receptionist team is responsible for making that first connection with potential clients and ensuring that every interaction with us is positive right from day one.


    • Answer all incoming calls promptly on a multi-line phone system so no call is missed
    • Triage inquiries and direct current clients and external partners to the correct desk
    • Field initial calls from potential clients, gathering basic demographic, injury, and incident details to route them appropriately
    • Support Client Solutions Specialists with calendar bookings and information gathering
    • Accurately log all incoming client calls in the firm's file management software, flagging issues or follow-ups for the team
    • Support other departments and team members with client communications and administrative tasks as needed
    • Help potential clients find a solution to their problem, even when it's not one the firm offers
    • Deliver exceptional client service on every call to build trust and confidence in the firm
