We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our organization’s revenue generation efforts across all channels. This pivotal role demands a passionate leader with a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing innovative business strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. As CRO, you will oversee sales, marketing, and business development teams, ensuring alignment with company goals to maximize revenue streams. General Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets across the RV market.
  • Lead and manage a high‑performing sales team.

General Requirements/Experience
  • Minimum of 7‑10 years of sales experience in the RV industry
  • Proven experience in sales management within the RV industry or a similar field.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams toward common objectives
  • Deep understanding of sales negotiation tactics, deal closing techniques, and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative business development strategies within the RV industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement, team leadership, and executive reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution
  • Knowledge of RV products, market trends, and customer preferences
