The Administrative Director of Franciscan Ambulatory Services provides leadership and direction across the integrated delivery system of Franciscan Alliance for Ambulatory Services, in collaboration with the leadership of all the facets of the delivery system. This position assists the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Ambulatory Services Health & Care Solutions.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • This position will be based out of Indiana and will sit in one of our closest Franciscan locations to you and will require travel to all the other offsite locations as needed.

  • Responsible for operational leadership over Working Well [occupational medicine] sites and services across the corporation, including direct contracting with employers, provider-to-provider services, other entities, and direct-to-consumer engagement.

  • Work with EAP department for implementation and programing of virtual EAP services and programs to staff and companies.

  • In collaboration with the VP of Virtual, assist with development and oversight of all ambulatory telehealth platforms and services, including technology, contracts, relationship management, service delivery, and outreach.

  • Effective streamlining of joint venture division indicated by gains in cost effectiveness for back-office functions, asset management, alignment of governance initiatives across the portfolio.

  • Lead through changes within the system regarding new initiatives, budget planning, IT product integrations, retail and ambulatory site and services planning.

  • Analyze and report operational data related to service delivery and outcomes, and distribute information to appropriate leadership and management staff of ambulatory, retail, joint venture, and digital services.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare or Nursing - Required

  • Master's Degree Business, Healthcare or Nursing - Preferred

  • 10+ years Healthcare management - Required
