Job Description
As a Director on the Creators & Casting team, you'll lead client relationships and oversee the development and delivery of creator-led campaigns across multiple accounts. You'll ensure strategies are innovative, culturally sharp, and measurable while managing a team of strategists and driving integration across disciplines. From strategy to shoot day, you'll have opportunities to be on production sets, partnering with creators, talent, clients, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure every creator-related detail is executed at the highest level. This role also plays a key part in evolving agency capabilities and shaping team culture.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as client lead on creator programs, building trust and guiding strategy
  • Develop creator strategies that connect brand objectives with culture and creator storytelling
  • Oversee multiple creator programs/accounts at once, ensuring quality and integration
  • Lead creator rosters, negotiations, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a junior team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, earned, and production teams to ensure integrated delivery
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimizations
  • Contribute to agency growth by refining processes, expanding creator offerings, and sharing thought leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, and industry partners
  • Support new business efforts through strategy development, creator recommendations, and client presentations

Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy, or related field
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale creator campaigns for major consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, cultural trends, and platform dynamics
  • Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Skilled in contract negotiations, budget oversight, and campaign reporting
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to connect big-picture strategy with detailed execution
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $107,000 -$140,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Los Angeles based hires only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
