Job description

Description
We are not hiring because we are replacing someone. We are hiring because Atlanta keeps growing. If you are already in a leadership role but feel like your current platform may not match your long-term ambition, TruOak Financial Partners is ready to have that conversation.
TruOak Financial Partners is expanding its Atlanta office, and we are looking for the right Managing Director to help lead the next stage of growth for our financial advisors.
This is not just another manager title. This is an opportunity for a proven financial services leader who wants a stronger platform, more resources, real leadership access, and the ability to help build something that is already moving.
Over the past year, TruOak has experienced major momentum across advisor growth, leadership development, recruiting, training, and market expansion. More than 30 advisors have joined our firm this year, and Atlanta continues to be one of our most important markets.
Now we are looking for a Managing Director who can help us take that growth to another level.
This hybrid role is built for someone who has already proven they can produce, lead, recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, but may be ready for a bigger opportunity than their current platform is offering. If you are already leading advisors, managing production, or helping grow a team, this may be the next leadership seat worth exploring.
At TruOak, you will not be starting from scratch. You will have access to firm leadership, recruiting support, advisor development resources, advanced planning, training, mentorship, and the backing of a growing organization that is serious about building around its leaders.
We are looking for someone who can lead from the front. Someone who can drive production, develop advisors, attract talent, and help strengthen a culture rooted in accountability, purpose, growth, and support.
For the leader who wants more than a title, this is a real opportunity to help shape the future of our Atlanta office.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000, based on experience
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Competitive leadership overrides opportunities

โ€ข Help drive advisor growth, market expansion, and firm production goals
โ€ข Partner with firm leadership on recruiting, training, strategy, and expansion initiatives
Qualifications
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or advisor leadership
โ€ข Active Life and Health license is required
โ€ข SIE and Series 7 required
โ€ข Series 66, 65, or 63 preferred
โ€ข Proven ability to lead, mentor, recruit, and produce
โ€ข Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
โ€ข Experience developing advisors, building teams, or driving market growth is preferred
