Job Description

The purpose of this position is to lead enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives that accelerate business growth, enhance Experienced Advisor recruiting outcomes, and improve organizational effectiveness through AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and operating model transformation. The role serves as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving data-driven decision making, shaping advisor recruitment strategies, leading end-to-end discovery and opportunity assessments, and translating business objectives into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value while ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic business transformation, modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives that improve operational efficiency, advisor experience, and business outcomes. Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver measurable value through process optimization, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Leverage data analysis to identify root causes, uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and develop hypotheses-driven recommendations that improve business performance and Experienced Advisor recruiting outcomes
  • Partner with EAR senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and accelerate business adoption. Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and recommendations that clearly articulate strategic opportunities, risks, progress, and expected outcomes.
  • Conduct Process Discovery/ current-state assessments, identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate solution alternatives, quantify benefits, and develop business cases that support investment decisions and transformation priorities. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure success and ensure value realization
  • Lead and oversee multiple complex initiatives by establishing success metrics, leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights to monitor performance, proactively manage risks, identify opportunities, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
  • Support EAR leadership through strategic planning, thought leadership, and innovation advisory activities, leveraging emerging technologies, industry trends, and AI-driven opportunities to advance business and transformation objectives.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10+ years experience
  • Extensive quantitative and analytical skills with experience in process improvement.
  • Experience within financial services and experienced advisor acquisition environments working as an internal consultant
  • Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives leveraging AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and platform modernization to deliver scalable business and operating model improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability in integrating business knowledge with analytical insight.
  • Ability to influence across organization, motivate and negotiate with senior leaders and corporate office partners.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
  • Must have excellent program management experience/skill.


Preferred Qualifications

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $122,400 - 168,300/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance.
