Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industrial market knowledge and MEP Sales experience preferred, or knowledge of electrical distribution systems and critical infrastructure environments.
  • Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications.

What we expect… 

  • Develop and executes sales plan to drive revenue for accounts and market.
  • Provides business development plan for assigned market areas of responsibility.

  • Assists other departments within organization regarding business development issues.
  • Prepares quarterly business review report highlighting sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed customer base expansion.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; as well as other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $190,000.
