Job description

Overview
Position: Program Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: 5659 Stadium Drive, Ste 2, Kalamazoo, MI 49009
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Starting at $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Incentives: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief
We are seeking a full-time BCBA with at least 2 years of experience to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team! We are passionate about providing excellent care, from applied behavior analysis (ABA) to physical, occupational, and speech therapy - all under one roof! In this role, you'll work with pediatric patients from birth up to 21 years old. This is a tremendous opportunity to take a small program and grow it into something special. You will play an integral roll in the success of the program! Responsibilities include completing assessments, hiring and training new BT's, marketing, scheduling and more. Previous Clinic Director experience preferred. Our BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs. BCBAs play an integral role in collaboration with BTs to support client success.

Responsibilities
Set a High Standard of Care:
  • Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
  • Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual

Personalized Treatment:
  • Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications
  • Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
