Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analysis

Join Optimal Care Therapy in Illinois

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analysis to join our team at Optimal Care Therapy. As a leading provider of in-home therapy services for children with autism ages 0-15, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, supervising a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote growth, development, and independence for our clients. This position is hybrid based, with majority of the responsibilities in a remote manner. In person services will be determined based on availability and travel distance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each child's unique needs and goals

  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs to ensure high-quality services and professional growth

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve service delivery and outcomes

  • Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related fields

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • Illinois LBA license required

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles and practices

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a leadership role
