Applicants should have strong verbal and interpersonal skills and hold their master's degree in one of the following: applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, education, social work or another closely related study. Join Little Stars:

At Little Stars Therapy Services, we provide our clients with access to Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy, parent consultation, and community outreach services. Our dedicated healthcare professionals provide evidence-based interventions in a fun and engaging family-centered environment.

The BCBA and Autism Specialist will provide a range of Applied Behavior Analysis services in the clinic and home settings to clients ages 2 to 18 with a primary diagnosis of Autism. The Behavior Analyst will consult with the client's family and other immediate caregivers to provide training and care coordination. The Behavior Analyst will complete treatment plans, monitor behavioral and skill acquisition programs and progress, conduct assessments, and observations, and oversee their classroom and team members. They will create quality and unique treatment plans for each of their clients and guide their staff through implementing ethical and quality care. As our BCBAs invest their knowledge into their team members they will also be collaborating with professionals of various related backgrounds and be lead by involved owner and leadership team. As behavior analytic approaches are used to promote meaningful and ethical behavior change, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst will become versed with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board's (BACB) Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and adhere to its restrictions and given information for best practices.
