Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

Behavioral Intervention for Autism is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. As a key member of our Per Diem team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism and their families. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and support services to individuals with Autism throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in a clinic or home-based setting

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other team members

  • Assess and analyze client progress, making recommendations for program modifications as needed

  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure family-centered care and effective transition of skills to real-life settings

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and plan for future services

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client services, including progress notes and billing information

  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA Therapy

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience working with children with Autism and their families

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
