The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director- Sales Midwest

Primary Tasks:

  • Oversee the Holman Fleet sales region, lead revenue growth and surpassing sales goals through acquisition of new customers within the region.
  • Sales team will be responsible for the new client acquisition of fleets between 100-1499 vehicles.
  • Sales team will be responsible for growth of new acquisition clients for the set time period before handing off to Client Growth organization. Sales team will upsell clients during the time period of handling the new client.
  • Facilitate the growth and professional development of District Sales Managers
  • Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the Fleet industry, specifically aligned with the OEM leadership to enhance relationship with clients.
  • Travel to regional sales locations to provide leadership on overarching sales strategies.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences, while promoting the Holman brand within the marketplace.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's preferred.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Executive Program classes within finance and negotiation preferred (valued).

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 8+ years' work experience, including 4+ years' sales or leadership experience; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within sales leadership and sales messaging and general knowledge of client relations, Strategic Consulting, Implementation, Supply Chain and other operational areas.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $194,740.00 - $301,850.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
