As a Dealer, you'll bring the games to life, creating unforgettable moments for our guests while building your own career in a fast-paced and fun environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Deal a variety of table games with accuracy and efficiency, providing prompt, professional, and friendly service to guests.
  • Manage customer transactions for buy-ins and pay-offs.
  • Verify fills and credits to the game.
  • Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to internal controls.
  • Monitor guest play and report irregularities to Floor Supervisors.
  • Promote Players Club memberships and stay current on marketing promotions.
  • Assist with the safety and security of all guests and Team Members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • Outgoing personality with great communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with math and numbers.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Dexterity in shuffling cards and handling chips.
  • Ability to work in environments that may be noisy, smoky, or dimly lit.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.
  • Dealing experience a plus, but not required-we provide full training!

Schedule & Pay:
  • Seeking two Dealers to work part-time on grave shift.
  • Expected to work weekends and holidays.
  • Hourly wage plus tips.
  • Bonus pay opportunities for learning additional games.
