Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance

  • Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability

  • Build and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly/annual forecasts

  • Recruit, train, coach, and hold department leaders accountable

  • Maintain best-in-class customer service and CSI performance

  • Monitor KPIs and financial reports daily, adjusting strategy as needed

  • Collaborate on marketing and advertising strategy to grow brand reach

  • Lead by example—be a visible, engaged leader in all store activities

  • Work directly with the Corporate team to align operations with growth strategy


Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Successful track record of achieving dealership performance goals

  • 3-5+ years in dealership leadership roles (GM, GSM, or equivalent)

  • Strong grasp of both variable and fixed operations

  • High standards for accountability, culture, and execution

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Tech-savvy, data-driven, and process-oriented

  • Experience preferred with the following software:
