Service Manager 

Beloit Auto & Truck Plaza – Beloit, KS 
Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Relocation Assistance Available 

Job Summary 

Beloit Auto & Truck Plaza is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead and grow our Service Department. We are looking for the right leader — someone with automotive service experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to build a high-performing team. 

Management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong service background and leadership potential.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Service Department 

  • Oversee service advisors and technicians 

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention 

  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and department profitability 

  • Schedule workflow and manage repair order processes 

  • Maintain strong communication between sales and service departments 

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members 

  • Ensure a positive, professional customer experience 

Qualifications 

  • Automotive service experience required (Advisor, Technician, Shop Foreman, or Management) 

  • Leadership mindset with strong organizational skills 

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills 

  • Knowledge of dealership service operations preferred 

  • Valid driver’s license
