Agriculture Dealership Service Manager / Shop Foreman - (Full Time, Mt. Hope Location)

Looking for someone organized, good communication & people skills. MUST HAVE A BACK GROUNG AGRICULTURE OR FARM EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN to fill roll as our Service Manager. Job will be to schedule work coming into the service department, manage technicians and assign jobs appropriately, keeping the service department profitable and management of department employees and cultivating strong customer relationships


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer phone calls for service and information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Keep customers informed of work progress
  • Schedule and assign jobs to technicians
  • Work closely with parts and service technician to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Multiple jobs of a service manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, management, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Prefer a minimum of 3 years well rounded experience in a service department, preferably in an agricultural dealership. Previous people management experience highly preferred with the ability to professionally lead, develop, and motivate others.
